ION INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES THE 5th ANNUAL FILM FESTIVAL IN DUBAI, UAE

On February 7th The Third Line shall host the 5th Annual ION International Film Festival

Los Angeles, CA - The ION International Film Festival is a touring festival dedicated to promoting independent film, documentary, animation, music videos and student film. Held in a different international location every year in an effort to promote global awareness and unity, this years' stop is Dubai, U.A.E.

The 5th Annual ION International Film Festival includes a diverse line-up of films from over eight countries worldwide. "We have seen a lot of amazing new talent from across the globe this year," says Sara Bavar, festival director.

Festival president Hossein Farmani said about the festival, "the intention of the ION International Film Festival is to find and promote independent film and filmmakers that are setting a new standard in the field of cinema globally."

February 7th's festival shall include a series of short and feature films and two feature films, including a short work by a young filmmaker based in the UAE. The Third Line is proud to host this international collection of independent films. All screenings are free and open to the public.
