Speaker Submissions

We seek dynamic, knowledgeable speakers to share insights, awareness and cutting-edge information in an energetic, motivational, educational and inspirational manner.  

Speaker selections are made on the basis of expertise, company affiliation, speaking experience, and relevance of proposed topics. Speakers should convey both the positive and negative aspects of the chosen topics. They should entice and introduce possible solutions in hopes of creating discussion. Speakers are not charged nor required to have sponsorship in order to participate.

Additional criterion we consider include: company history and reputation; job title; as well as innovation and success in the specified field. 

• Keynote: Nationally recognized executives in the animation, gaming or filmmaking industries for keynote presentations on the subject of Convergence in Entertainment: Animation, Gaming and Filmmaking.
• Panelist: Panelists for sessions led by a moderator.
• Moderator: Journalists, analysts, business consultants, executives to moderate panel sessions.
• Product Demonstrations: Paid exhibitors and sponsors for demonstrations to the audience.

We do not require speakers to pay a fee to sponsor in order to speak. For most events, speakers receive VIP access to the festival and conferences.
