Speaker Submissions

There is no charge for speaking and we do not require sponsorship.

We select dynamic, knowledgable speakers based on expertise, company affiliation, speaking experience, and relevance of proposed topics. Speakers are expected to use their platform to discuss the topic at hand, not make a sales pitch for their company, products or services.

Criterion we consider include company history and reputation; job title; speaking experience; innovation and success in their specific field. 

We welcome submissions of topics as well as speakers for these categories:

• Keynote: Nationally recognized executives in the animation, gaming or filmmaking industries for keynote presentations on the subject of Convergence in Entertainment: Animation, Gaming and Filmmaking.
• Panelist: Panelists for sessions led by a moderator
• Moderator: Journalists, analysts, business consultants, executives to moderate panel sessions.
• Product Demonstrations: Paid exhibitor or sponsor makes demonstrations to the audience

We do not require speakers to pay a fee to sponsor in order to speak. For most events speakers receive a VIP ticket to attend the festival and conferences.
